Boat of Garten is a beautiful village situated in the Spey Valley. It is an ideal base for many sporting and nature activities in summer and winter. There is even a steam train that runs past the bottom of the garden. The village has a grocery store, cafe, hotel and a restaurant. Our bungalow has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. There is a well equipped kitchen/dining room and a lounge with a beautiful view. We also have a utility room which is great for drying wet gear and storing wellies!

The Tower, Thornton Castle

Accessed by a spiral staircase your space comprises 2 bedrooms for 4 people over two floors in a private wing of the castle with bathroom and small sitting room. Full breakfast included. Set in the foothills of the Cairngorm National Park, this is an ideal stop off between Inverness and Edinburgh. Balmoral Castle, Dunnottar Castle, Glamis Castle and St Andrews are nearby. The Birdhouse Aviemore peaceful 1 bed with garden

A little over a mile from the busy main street of Aviemore, The Birdhouse is a cosy little home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with free off street parking and front and back garden. Using the local orbital pathway, it is approximately, a 20min walk to the main street. Close to the Speyside Way, The Birdhouse is a great base for all outdoor activities or relaxing in a pretty home in quiet surroundings. The house is a short 10 min walk from the nearest shops with supermarket & takeaway.

The Orbital Path is beside the house and takes you through the forest to the town centre. A patio with BBQ is a perfect place to enjoy the outdoors. Milton Burn flows along the boundary. Meikle House is 3 miles north of Aviemore. It is a detached house sleeping up to 9 people in 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room, walk in wardrobe and a superb Austrian style balcony with mountain views. There are 3 further bedrooms upstairs and a double bedroom downstairs. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge with a log burning stove and a large kitchen/dining area. There is also a bathroom with shower downstairs and a utility room with washing machine.

The property has gas central heating/log burner/SmartTV Netflix/wifi.   Sleeps 6 guests ( up to 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children) in 3 bedrooms ( King has Smart TV, Netflix & en suite) NB : while the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds these are “Trundle” style

A place to get away, relax and enjoy the natural surroundings! Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.

The Pavilion, Foulis Castle, Highland Scotland

The Pavilion is a Luxurious Self Catered Wing of Foulis Castle just out of Evanton near the ancient burgh of Dingwall. The Pavilion is positioned within beautiful landscaped gardens overlooking the Cromarty Firth. Foulis Castle is a 15-20 min walk away from the Storehouse of Foulis Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm).
