It's situated in quiet location in the historic center of Split. Luxury apartment with one bedroom and terrace. On the lower floor is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, available machine washer, microwave, stove, oven, a small bathroom with a laundry machine and scale of the upper floors. On the upper floor there is a room with a large bed and a fully equipped private bathroom. Grocery store is opposite the apartments and the commercial Marmont street and charming square Prokurative are 250m away. Diocletian's Palace, which is under the protection of UNESCO and the magnificent Riva promenade are 300 meters away from the apartment Koralj. Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. This unique and central apartment is situated in an old family stone house built in the year 1905, completely renovated in 2018. The house is ideally located between the old city center with UNESCO protected Diocletian's palace and the most famous beach in the city - Bačvice beach, so you can reach each of these attractions in 5 minutes by foot. You won't need to use a car while staying with us. Please note there are stairs inside and in front of the apartment.

Villa is located in a beautiful part of Split, next to a small town Stobreč, 500 meters from the sandy beach. Villa offers accommodation for 11 persons.Two luxurious, modern and fully furnished apartments are located on the ground floor and on the 2nd floor of the house. We live on the first floor, take care of the maintenance of the house, garden and the pool. Villa is only 5 kilometers away from the old center of Split and Diocletian's palace!

Studio apartment for two in Diocletian's palace

The apartment is located in Deoklecijan's Palace in the heart of Split. Obligation of the landlord (me) to register every guest staying in the apartment in the evisitor system in order to have a legal stay in the Republic of Croatia (required by Croatian law). I ask the guests during their stay in the apartment to fill out a form so that I can register then in the evisitor.
