A very small studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway.) The bed is 140 cm wide. Equipped kitchen. The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. A 10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19. Close by, walking distance, a big and a smaller supermarket, parks, restaurants and walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets allowed. Welcome.

The subway is only 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is on 1st floor with an elevator and a big sunny balcony. Also very close to nature reserves with lakes and forests. Child-friendly area with cozy playground. Only a few meters to food stores, restaurants and a karaoke bar.
