In one of the most beautiful places in the world, the magical Santorini, and in a biological estate of 1,500 sq. m. between the capital-Fira and the traditional settlement of Oia, Nestor, and Fotini we have created for you two windmills, The Green and The Lilac which are equal. Staying in a windmill is an escape from reality, a trip to fantasy. The traditional design design without compromises in luxury and modern comforts is based on the simple elegance and sophisticated styles fully covering even the most demanding visitors. The Ground floor, with the small luminous windows and panoramic view of the vineyards, the sea, and the swimming pool consists of the living room, the dining room, and the kitchen. On the way to the first and second floor, the staircase climbs on to the mills round walls; creating sculpture forms. The first-floor bedroom with the romantic ambiance welcomes you to an inbuilt double bed and a wonderful bathroom with built forms are all provided for your rest, relaxation, dreams and loving moments . . . Surprises continue and reach their peak in the second floor in the cone-shaped room which is the most comfortable room. A double inbuilt bed and a single one, which can be used as a couch too, offer you additional space to move freely in the room or relax and gaze the islands of the Aegean Sea, the islands of Ios, Naxos, Amorgos, and Anafi. The bathroom is something especially pretty as well. The swimming pool in a shape of a bean offers an ideal hydro-massage for 4 persons and is located near a pergola in the shadow of which you may enjoy your breakfast or meals. The windmill in Milos' port

Dating back to the 19th century, this meticulously renovated windmill offers a one-of-a-kind retreat. Spread across two floors, the windmill features a cozy living room on the ground floor & a comfortable bedroom with an attached WC on the upper floor. Anemomilos

It is a real old windmill that worked to grind wheat and produce flour. This operation stopped with the appearance of the machines a few years later when it was used as a residence. It consists of 3 floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen and the bathroom, the children's bedroom upstairs and on the third floor there is the main bedroom with a 360th view of the endless blue but also in the mountainous part of the island. Outside there is a pool,kitchen ,shower.

The Sunset Windmill

The Sunset Windmill is located at the village of Oia overlooking Santorini’s world famous sunset. On the first floor balcony are located the outdoor Jetted tub and the sitting area which offer spectacular panoramic views of caldera and the crystal waters of the Aegean sea. The villa was renovated in 2023 to offer modern luxurious interiors combined with the original features of the Windmill. Our facilities and staff will make your stay memorable!

At the edge of the traditional settlement of Oia, overlooking the Caldera and the world-famous Oia sunset, stands our fully renovated traditional Windmill, originally built in 1900. This unique three-level residence is connected by internal staircases and can comfortably accommodate a couple with two children or up to four adults. Breakfast is included, and free parking is available for all guests.

Windmill Villa Koufonissi

Ο μύλος κατασκευάστηκε περί το 1830 και σύμφωνα με μαρτυρίες των κατοίκων λειτουργούσε μέχρι το 1956. Έχει χαρακτηριστεί ως νεώτερο μνημείο της προβιομηχανικής περιόδου από το Υπουργείο Πολιτισμού και από το 2006 λειτουργεί ως επιπλωμένο διαμέρισμα 4 αστέρων σε απόσταση 15 m απο την ακτή.
