This recently built, beautifully designed, disability friendly villa has been built to comply with Western Building Standards, boasting locally produced materials and modern fixtures. The villa faces east, so it benefits from a cool breeze which comes across the valley and throughout the house. The temps at the villa is 5 degrees cooler than on the coast.
