Large private double bedroom, with king size bed, ensuite with shower cubicle. The property is adjacent to the Wye Valley walk and approx 2 miles from Builth Wells. The bedroom is in a converted barn with its own access. Ideally located for walkers and easy access to the Royal Show Ground. Please note that the access to the house is via a fairly steep and narrow lane (last section is a track with loose gravel), not suitable for HGVs. We now provide super fast internet!! The Sage Hut - safe, private, warm and cosy

The Sage Hut is a traditional well-insulated structure set on a sturdy all-metal chassis and wheels. Double glazed windows & bed are new this year making it even more warm and cosy. It enjoys lovely views to the south with its own peaceful small yard/garden & private car parking space. It enjoys mains electricity, hot & cold water; the shower/loo is approx 25m away . There is a guest fridge and microwave in the stable block. The woodburning stove is highly efficient. Continental breakfast.

Set in the centre of the Brecon Beacons National Park, this canal side spacious property (with en-suite) is set back from the road and offers tranquility. A great range of walks including Pen y Fan can be started from the front door. The traditional local pub (CAMRA award winner) is less than 150 metres away and serves a great variety of dishes. Greenacre cabin has everything you need for a rural weekend away. Located in a traditional Welsh valley on a small holding, the cabin is situated within close proximity to our stables and barn. You can enjoy waking up to sheep wandering outside or enjoy having breakfast on the veranda whilst watching the horses graze in the fields. Our chickens are happy to supply you with eggs during your stay and if you come at the right time of year you can enjoy fresh fruit and vegetables from our garden.

We recently transformed our large, 70 sq. meter, double garage into a stylish, open plan studio apartment with bleached oak, hardwood floor. It is a fantastic, light, and relaxing space with 3-meter bifold doors with integrated blinds that fully open out onto a shared courtyard with our house. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.

Located very close to The Brecon Canal and theatre, 5 min level walk to Brecon town. Cwrt Nwylon is a private annex, en-suite bedroom with king size bed, lounge, dining area and kitchenette with tea, coffee making facilities, microwave . We live on site, so can help if required! we also have a small dog called Bella. The area is ideal for people who enjoy all types of county pursuits or just want to relax.
