Little Bear Studio/Den is part of a house located at Little Bear Farm, an 8 acre private property with a large yard and field for romping with a dog, sledding, or walking around our pond and fields. Conveniently located near Banner Elk and Valle Crucis, we are close to shopping or the slopes. We are adjacent to 450 acres of forest that is part of the Blue Ridge Conservancy, offering hiking trails to the public. Just 10min to Boone, 12min to Blowing Rock and the Blue Ridge Parkway. For skiing enthusiasts you are; 15min to App Ski Area 30min to Sugar Mountain 45min to Beech Mountain

We love the window-covered walls! It's like being in a tree house... on the ground:) Outside is an acre of flat wooded and grassy yard for exploring plus a fire pit and plenty of seating. We leave you all of the things you need for a great fire!! There is a chance that guests will be staying next door at the antique cabin while you occupy the tiny house. On the other side of the cabin, there is a family favorite guaranteed-catch trout farm - but, occasionally, you may smell the fish!

200 yards from the slopes, 400 yards from the golf course and the tennis courts, Cozy Condo with its nice deck is the perfect place to relax with friends, family and Fido. This apartment does not have AC because it is located 5200 feet above the sea level. Due to the high elevation, of Sugar Mountain, the highest temperatures are high 70s during the afternoon which does not happen a lot, and 60s during the night.

You’ll love my place because it's Nested in the Lush surroundings of the Blue Ridge Mtns.
