Situata nella centralissima Piazza Marina, di fronte alla spiaggia ed al Porto di Casamicciola Terme, Casa Donè è una curatissima dimora composta da un'ampia cucina/tinello, una camera da letto con annesso soppalco dotato di divano e poltrone, un soggiorno vista mare (con un ulteriore letto/finto armadio ad una piazza e mezza) ed un comodo bagno. Con in più un'ampia terrazza con vista su Procida e la costa campana. Casa Donè, con check multilingue, è pronta ad ospitarti a partire da Aprile 2018.

Two rooms overlooking the sea

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Poco più distanti si trovano la spiaggia di Citara, con i famosi Giardini Poseidon ed equidistante troverete il pittoresco borgo di Sant'Angelo d'Ischia. L'ubicazione dell'appartamento è l'ideale per chi cerca la pace e la tranquillità. My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

L'appartamento è a due passi dal mare, dalla spiaggia della chiaiolella, dove si può godere del sole dall'alba al tramonto!Nei dintorni sono presenti tutti i principali servizi dal ristorante al supermercato passando per tanti altri negozietti . La casa è inoltre collegata molto bene con tutte le altre zone dell'isola. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici).
