Always lock the door when you go out. Lost keys will incur a €50 replacement fee. 🚭 No smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. It's only 2 min walking to the metro station el Clot (line red and purple: 10 min for Catalunya square and only 4 min for la Sagrada Familia). In the same station is available the Renfe train to and from the airport of Bcn (30 min) The building (only five years old) is located in a nice zone, well connected with the touristic parts of the city and not so crowded. You can walk to the beaches of Poble Nou in about 20 minutes, and you are very close to the tower Agbar, the National theatre, the Encants market and every kind of store and restaurants.
