Recently renovated, this cosy, dog-friendly retreat is perfect for couples or small families seeking a relaxed coastal escape. Dogs are welcome throughout, including upstairs, with treats provided. Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Clare Cottage is set in the heart of the peaceful Devon village Georgeham near to a trickling stream. With its pretty white washed exterior and walled cottage garden the house sits to the side of the historic 13th century St George Church. Putsborough beach a 2 mile stretch of sand is a 1.4 mile drive down a country lane or a 25 minute walk across fields. Croyde village is 1.6 miles drive The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving fine pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

Sandbar Cottage is luxuriously appointed with two bathrooms, kitchen, 2 dbl beds (main has sea view) and a single child's bunk (40kg limit) over double bed; spacious living area with log burner. Rear garden is decked for sitting and eating outside. Private parking space (rare) at back of property. Appledore has much to offer families and adults alike. Walking trails, beach, burrows, crabbing etc. Guests can also enjoy discounted beauty and massage treatments with Julie if available

Dummett Cottage is a Grade 2 listed 3 bedroom fishing cottage with an incredible garden backing directly onto the Taw-Torridge estuary. Sit on the patio and watch beautiful sunsets over the Atlantic as fishing boats and yachts sail by. Set on one of Appledore's oldest streets, and dating from around 1700, Dummett Cottage is one of the original houses built in Appledore. From the inglenook fireplace to the exposed beams and arches, this cottage is full of character and history.

Artist-styled three-bedroom coastal cottage on the footpath to Croyde Beach. Individually decorated interior with original artwork, a handy wet room ideal for rinsing off after the beach, and surfboard/wetsuit storage. Walk straight to the sand — no driving or parking. A bespoke yoga/ retreat space is the cherry on the cake. A peaceful seaside base for surfers, walkers, families or anyone craving fresh air, space and winter calm.

Oaktree Cottage

Oaktree Cottage is set in a delightfully private, wooded location. 15 minutes gentle stroll from Instow beach and the lovely pubs and restaurants on the front. The Tarka Trail is accessible in 10 minutes on foot with Bideford and Barnstaple easily accessible by car. We accept one well behaved dog and you will find the beach and all the pubs and restaurants in Instow are equally as dog friendly.

The Boathouse - Lee Bay, Devon

Located on the beach front, The Boathouse is a charming cottage housing four guests in picturesque Lee Bay, and boasting a magnificent sea view. Being next to the Southwest Coastal Path, and in close proximity to the famous Woolacombe Beach, it's a perfect destination for all. There are up to three private parking spaces on the premises, and one or two well behaved dogs are welcomed.
