With a 2 car connected garage and indoor/outdoor sandstone fireplace, it comprises 2 large king bedrooms each with a walk-in robe and ensuite. Banksia is set on a working chicken farm in the heart of Kangaroo Valley, NSW. The tiny home is architecturally designed featuring an outdoor bath that makes you feel like you are floating out to the dam. We highly recommend sipping on some wine in the evening, overlooking the dam and watching the sunset with the beautiful mountain scenery, all complete in this gorgeous escape.

We would like to welcome you to Oksana's Studio which is a newly renovated space with modern furnishings and fixtures. It opens onto a large and private outdoor living area where you can relax taking in the rural vista while having a BBQ or sitting by the fire after exploring the local beaches and national parks. The property is set in a peaceful, rural landscape with bushland and wildlife to explore. All within a short drive of Jervis Bay and surrounding areas.

The Little House - Pet friendly*/Mid-week special!

While 'house' might be a stretch for this cosy studio-style room, it does have separate facilities. There's a separate "kitchenette", shower and toilet. IT HAS ONE KING SIZE BED and ONE SOFABED. The sofabed is charged at an additional $20/night. The Little House has everything you need for a short stay in The Highlands! * The property welcomes gentle, well socialised pups. The Little House backyard is also shared by my super friendly dog and ewe!

The Little House

The Little House is a freestanding 1940’s wooden tiny house in our back garden. It has a private exterior bathroom located at the back of the main house. Our property was featured on the ABC program Escape From The City and is a uniquely cute piece of North Nowra history. The Little House has a private verandah and kitchenette. A complimentary light breakfast is included for short stays. There is also a fire pit.
