Ballara #8 incorporates a fully restored heritage-listed 'boathouse' and features a pleasing outlook over the river with glimpses of the Port Philip Heads and the Pt Lonsdale Lighthouse. Ideal for families with an outdoor BBQ / dining area and heated plunge pool (both under cover). This house is a wonderful place to stay summer or winter, with gas log fire and airconditioning in the upstairs living area.

It's within easy walking distance to the ocean beach, cafes and shops on Hitchcock Ave, the beach and play areas on the Barwon river, the golf course and it is directly across the road from the primary school which has ovals, playground and community library.

Original 1960s Barwon Heads beach shack, stylishly renovated, situated in a quiet location yet close walking distance to everything. Comfortably accommodates 6 people, and pet friendly. Property includes three generous sized, light filled bedrooms (2 king 1 queen), two bathrooms plus extra toilet and hot and cold outdoor shower, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. New architectural outdoor pavilion provides extra outdoor living and dining space.

Raffs Beach House offers family friendly accommodation in the heart of old Barwon Heads. Centrally located, within minutes stroll to all beautiful Barwon Heads has to offer; cafe's, bars, shops, golf club, parks, river and surf beaches. Our beach house sleeps a maximum of 6 guests with 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom . The back deck and secure large backyard is an ideal spot for enjoying a sunny afternoon with family and friends.

The Art Studio is a creative, light filled studio in the beautiful village of Barwon Heads. Located approx a 2min drive or 20 min walk to shops, cafes & river beach. The studio is at the front of our property with private entrance & keypad entry and surrounded by a native garden in a quiet neighborhood. It has a comfy queen bed, sofa & kitchenette & art by local artists adorn the walls.
