We are centrally located in the heart of Dinalupihan town, privately set back from the noise of public transportation. Enjoy the farm views on the balcony, as you drink your morning coffee or just enjoy stargazing on your nightcap. You have free access to our pickleball court for fun times during the day.

Built in September 2019, Evanz Apartment is a very clean & secured complex. A two and half hour drive from Manila is Balanga, a province rich in history, particularly World War II stories.
