It offers a nice view of the lake and is surrounded by all the services that the city could offer: public parking, public transport, bars, restaurants, lakefront, a tourist information centre nearby, and two delicious grocery stores in case you don't feel like cooking or going to a restaurant! Loading/unloading with the car in front of the property is possible.

Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio tranquillo. La vista sul lago è stupenda ed è illuminato dal sole tutto il giorno. Si trova proprio vicino alla spiaggia, in posizione centrale sul lungolago, con bar e ristoranti a due passi. I parcheggi sono proprio sotto casa. Le finestre della camera ed il balcone che si affacciano sul lago accolgono il sorgere del sole al mattino ed offrono la vista della luna che si specchia nel lago alla sera.

Volendo si può aggiungere un lettino da campeggio per bambini piccoli. I cani di piccola o media taglia sono ammessi.
