The tiny house cottage resides in a sunny semi-rural residential neighborhood, just minutes to the bay and Elfin Forest. Comfy queen size bed in the separate one bedroom, large shower, full kitchen and dining area, private deck to watch the sunrise or sunset. Perfect for a short stay or to finally finish that novel :)

OSOSUITE is a secluded space, airy, clean, spacious, and refreshing. Large windows that let in fresh warm sunlight, but we also have blackout curtains for privacy. A deep soaking tub to return to after an outdoor adventure, hike, bike ride, beach day, or for a romantic evening with that special someone, this space invites you to relax and rejuvenate! We also have an air purifier that runs constantly in the space. This space is attached to our property, it is the second story and is private

Our home is close to many local favorite hiking, biking, kayaking, surfing, and paddle boarding locations such as Montana de Oro and Morro Bay. The outdoor patio is the perfect setting for a family bbq with a lawn for your pets to play. A short distance away is delicious cuisine, coffee shops, golfing, and local art studios.

Relax in the jacuzzi hot tub and enjoy a sunset view from your own patio outside this unique eco-friendly suite . The private bottom floor of my split level home features a fully equipped kitchenette. The suite is an ideal couple's getaway or bring the kids and roast marshmallows by the fire. Chill in a hammock and enjoy veggies from our organic garden or kayak the bay. Plug-In for Electric vehicles. 3pm Self-check in. 5-point Covid cleaning protocol. 28 day max stay per California law.

DESCRIPTION This amazing property is located in the heart of Baywood, Los Osos. This 360 square foot cottage accommodates three guests comfortably. This cottage is walking distance of the Bay where you can find endless trails and places to explore water activities, restaurants, bars and local brew houses. The outside patio is located to the left of the front door and is perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather the Central Coast has to offer. There's even an EV Charger on-site!
