Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. The surrounding area is ideal for forest exploration, trekking, mountain biking, and jogging. You'll also be treated to stunning views of the mountains, the Bribir Valley, and Novi Vinodolski. Additionally, the house comes with a covered garage.

On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.
