Shell Cottage DOG Friendly in Historic District

Our Shell Cottage features both a queen size bed in the Bedroom, and a queen size sofa-bed in the Living Room, the cottage sleeps a maximum of 3 persons. This cottage has an updated kitchen with a dishwasher and propane grill, beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards are provided. There is one private parking space provided with the Shell Cottage, and one “well behaved” dog can accompany you with the payment of a $60 pet fee. Hi-Speed WiFi internet for remote working! No Smoking allowed.

This special place is close to everything! We are located in the historic district just two and a half blocks from Front Street. The 'Outhouse' is attached to the deck and is a separate space to hangout, watch movies & use the PS4. There is everything you need at the Mermaid Cottage!

This private 544 sq ft nautical-themed bungalow features one large room with an open sleeping loft (2nd bedroom) overlooking the main floor. Downstairs is furnished with two rockers, sofa, queen-size Murphy bed, TV, dining table. There is a full bed & twin bed in the loft. Ideal for 4 guests, but accommodates 5. The kitchenette has basics (microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, small fridge) not equipped for cooking meals. Off-street parking & room for a boat trailer. No Pets/Smoking
