The living room & open plan kitchen diner are very spacious indeed as the house is actually a 4 bed, but we list it as 2 bed to attract smaller groups out of season - choose which 2 bedrooms you want for your group!

Above the large games room are 2 additional , ensuite, superking bedrooms ( without the sea views of the rest of the house.). The Lodge sleeps up to 14 in total, perfect to accommodate larger gatherings in comfort.

The Barns are situated opposite each other across the pretty cobbled courtyard. The Barns are made for entertaining and family get togethers. "The Bothy" is a cosy loft room with ensuite. It is perfect for a short getaway for those who enjoy the outdoors. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside with plenty of walks and great pubs nearby. It is located in a small hamlet near Chillington - it's rural so a car is essential. We are a 10 minute drive from the South West Coastal Path, and Beesands Torcross beaches. For walkers of the coastal path, we offer a pick-up drop-off service. Please message for details.

Salcombe is easily reached by foot ferry from East Portlemouth 5 miles away.
