Designed by 1 + 2 Architects and built by VOS our home won a HIA award in 2005. Part of our brief to the architects was to design a part of the home where our guests could have complete privacy and feel spoilt . It has become a sanctuary for many people . Recently our local renowned Interior Designer has visited the apartment . The result is spectacular and calming . Quality furniture is enhanced by soft furnishings from Adairs. Professionally laundered bed linen adds to the sense of luxury.

Experience the magic of a tiny cabin set amongst a grove of gum trees beside a creek around the bend from an isolated beach in a little-known corner of Tasmania. Very comfy & clean queen bedroom with ensuite, lounge/dining area, smart TV and kitchenette concealed behind bi-fold doors. Huge windows with beautiful views. This listing is half of a house that has been divided into two separate apartments, at times there is some transfer of sound in the living area.

Very conveniently located near public transport, grocery stores and food options.

Aerie Retreat

AERIE retreat. A private designer apartment in the bush by the water. Walk down to the very private Wilderness Deck for exclusive use of the Timber Hot Tub, Sauna and fire pit. Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.

Alma View House, is a large 4 bedroom character family home with sensational panoramic views of the river, city and Mt Wellington. Recently renovated and beautifully furnished, this house includes a large veranda to use for outdoor dining as you enjoy the views. A short 5 minute stroll to Bellerive Beach, Blundstone Arena, shops, cinema and cafes.
