Casa Berlinda, das allein stehende Rustico an Südlage auf einem großen Wald- und Wiesen-Grundstück sorgt durch die reizvolle Kombination aus rustikalen Elementen mit modernem Komfort (alle Räume Bodenheizung, Dusch-Bad und Küche) für Behaglichkeit und Wohlbefinden. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und Du erreichst es in ca. 7 Gehmin. bergauf vom privaten Parkplatz oder zu Fuss vom öffentlichen Parkplatz in Canedo aus in ca. 15 Min. auf einem ebenen Weg. Es gibt keine direkte Autozufahrt.

Verschiedene Rustici 4 bis 16 Personen zum Puzzeln

Suchen Sie eine Unterkunft für bis zu 7 Personen, schauen Sie unter den Inseraten «Traumrustico für 4 - 7 Per,» oder unter «Verträumte Unterkunft für 4 - 9 Pers. Sie mieten nur genau das, was Sie sich wünschen zwischen 4 bis 16 Personen und sind für sich allein. Hier sehen Sie alle 3 Häuser. Sie geben an, wieviel Personen Sie unterbringen wollen und wir teilen Ihnen das passende Haus zu. Kosten pro Person/Tag im Doppelbett 35.– resp. 40.– (Sa/So). Im Einzelzimmer p.P. 70.– resp. 80.–

Ferienwohnung und Rustico mit Innenhof

Diese Unterkunft für bis zu 11 Personen besteht aus einer Ferienwohnung und einem Rustico. Dazwischen der gemeinsam genutzte Innenhof mit Grill, Feuerschale, Liege und Pergola mit Granittisch zum geniessen, verweilen und grillen. Die Einheiten können einzeln oder zusammen gemietet werden und setzen sich wie folgt zusammen: "Kuschliges Rustico" mit 2 Schlafzimmer für bis zu 5 Personen "Appartamento Grande" mit 3 Schlafzimmern für bis zu 6 Personen (siehe meine weiteren Inserate)

Terrazza con comodo pergolato dove passare le serate estive in compagnia, Castaneda e bello anche in autunno con i sui boschi di castagne ideale per chi piace fare delle passeggiate in montagna. L'inverno siamo in una zona sollegiata con un clima mite. Posteggi in paese sono gratuiti 100 metri dalla casa.
