Surrounding this rustic cottage and adjacent main house are 2.5 acres of manicured gardens, orchards, vegetable garden, paddocks & dams.

The Bird and Bike

This little flat, built into the end of our shed, is simple but quirky. Don't expect all brand spanking new plates and cutlery from Ikea - we've upcycled almost everything (except linen and towels). Set 30 metres from the main house, you'll have privacy to come and go as you please, but we love a chat if you do too! We're on 5 acres. Birdlife is right outside your door (- often including our chickens!). We're ten minutes walk from a beautiful estuary beach and 4km from Marlo township.

The apartment has fantastic views overlooking the lake and Howe Range with garden furniture and barbecue on the private deck. All bed linen and towels, tea/coffee making machine and coffee pods supplied. This home is on the top of Karbeethong hill so there are stairs to access the unit, very manageable with handrails and good night lighting.

Stunning Location Close to Lakeside.

My apartment is in a scenic location.Its attached to our house but is completely private and secure.A 500m walk to the lake and to the 4.5km walking track which goes into town following the lake.The beach is a 15 minute drive away.Our national park is a 10 min walk away. Note that Telstra phone reception works the best here, Optus and Vodaphone has limited reception.

Bemm River Cottages - Bream Cottage

This cottage has two separate bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed and one single bed. The second bedroom contains a double bed plus two single beds, (5 beds in all). The unit has an open plan living space with a very well-appointed kitchen, dining area and lounge, where you will find all your basic needs, including a chest freezer for your catch of the day.
