Surrounded by natural beauty, it boasts views of Berat from above. This is 2nd Floor of our villa perfect for everyone. Facilities including air-conditioned, lobby, balcony, poolside beds, garden. Guests can also enjoy outdoor dining with our BBQ area.

This is my childhood house, recently renovated for my family's holiday. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, below the castle of Berat, which is only 10 min away on foot. It offers a wonderful view over the valley, city, river and mountain. You'll love sitting on the terrace or patios, enjoying the view and the colours of sunrise/sunset, while having breakfast/dinner or just relaxing sipping wine. I'd suggest you to book for at least 2 nights, to have time to discover the charming Berat.

Welcome to our family home, located inside Berat castle, built in the 1870s and filled with character and warmth. Our cozy double room is perfect for guests looking for a comfortable stay, with access to two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and a sitting area that can accommodate additional guests. If you wish, you can share a homemade gliko (type of jam) with my grandmother. Outside, there's plenty of space to relax and enjoy a coffee or meal. We can't wait to welcome you!

Elli's Villa

The Ellis villa is a quiet and wonderful living space. It offers comfort and privacy, including 2 cozy bedrooms, a functional kitchen. Additionally, the house features two air conditioners to ensure a comfortable climate throughout the year. Its balcony provides a beautiful view of its garden with trees, making it an ideal place to enjoy fresh air and nature at any time of day. The hosts will welcome you with fruits and traditional desserts upon availability :)

ILIRÌ 2 is part of a small villa with a private entrance. It is located on the second floor overlooking the internal courtyard and the city. It is located in the district which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage, only 200 m from the city center and within walking distance from the Castle of Berat and other tourist places, bars and restaurants

2018 UPDATE We recently added a bathroom attached to the master bedroom. Hairdryer and iron available. We also have added additional heaters throughout the house for the cold months and additional fans (on top of the AC units) for the warmer months. Brand new TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Chromecast available in the bedroom.
