Located in downtown Bethlehem with shops & restaurants - 12 min to Cannon Mountain, 17 min to Bretton Woods, and 8 min to Littleton. Our home offers a fully equipped kitchen, open living area, comfortable bedrooms, and a family room in the basement. Outside you'll find a hot tub, fire pit, and trails. Bear Hollow is a 3+loft bedroom, 2.5 bath log home just 5 minutes from Cannon Mountain & Mittersill. The perfect destination for all seasons, it's nestled in the mountains and woods of Franconia, NH. Easy access to the White Mountain National Forest for hiking, biking, zip-lines and swimming. There are several nearby golf courses and ski areas. The house has a wrap-around porch, fully equipped kitchen and gas fireplace. Reservations for guests over the age of 25 or families w/children. No pets.

This is our second home for the past 20 years, we are happy to share it with you! We are dog friendly, we consider your dogs people, therefore they count towards the 4 "person" guest total. We have no cleaning fee, as frequent guests elsewhere we think they are a scam on airbnb, therefore, we don't charge one. However, we expect you to clean our home well before check out including vacuuming so that when we do it again, if our next guests have allergies they are likely to do well ! thanks!

With amazing views of these mountains from the property, this newly renovated home is a great jumping off point for all your outdoor activities. A short walk brings Mt Wash into view. The rooms and outdoor spaces are extremely clean and clutter free. Just 1 1/2 miles from Bethlehem's center it feels miles away with meadows, mountains and an orchard for backdrops. Enjoy a walk through our 4 1/2 acre property!
