Self contained riverside suite, Llanfairfechan

Riverside guest suite on the lower level of our 4 storey house in the heart of Llanfairfechan offering a double bedroom, dining / sitting room with en suite private bathroom and courtyard garden, tea/coffee making, flat screen TV, microwave, fridge, iron and home comforts including two seater sofa. There’s two general stores and takeaways a couple of minutes walk, the mainline railway station is a 10 minute stroll. Breakfast is cereal, toast, tea/coffee and a cooked light breakfast.

Private Guest Suite, Hot Tub (optn) & Sea Views

We have a spacious ground floor suite with sea views consisting of Bedroom, Ensuite, Private Lounge and optional Hot tub. The hot tub is an additional fee of £90 regardless of length of stay. The bedroom has a King Size bed with smart TV, storage and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The lounge has a sofa, smart TV and fantastic sea views. We provide Tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, toaster and fridge and a light breakfast. Sorry no Children. Car recommend

Ex Servants Quarters: Character Basement Apartment

The apartment is in the basement of our Georgian Town House and a 20 minute walk into Liverpool city centre. It's entirely self contained with a modern bathroom, a large combined living room and kitchen with a double sofa bed, washing machine and double bedroom. The apartment is full of character with an Aga and bare brick walls and full central heating . No stag or hen parties please. Free on street parking. We implement the air bnb recommended enhanced cleaning regime.

Cefn Y Vastre, BnB 17th century barn

Nestled in beautiful countryside with spectacular views lies a small 17th century farmhouse with a converted barn. The B&B barn provides first class Accommodation comprising: a large sitting room downstairs with a bedroom on a mezzanine floor above. Off the sitting room is a wet room and a private entrance is accessed by french doors, leading to a small outside balcony. Please Note there is NO kitchen/cooking facilities. But a fully stocked mini Breakfast bar is provided.

Yr Atodiad @ Rhwng Y Ddwyffordd

Take a break and unwind at Yr Atodiad - escape to the peace and quiet of the Welsh countryside and enjoy the fresh air, gorgeous walks, and just being in the moment. You will have use of our cosy self contained annexe - with parking, wood burning stove, and basic kitchen facilities. The views of open countryside and our garden (currently a work in progress) are stunning. We have chickens and there are often lambs in our two small fields.

The Annex in Rhos-on Sea

Perfect for a break by the sea. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located detached studio annex with its own front door in the village of Rhos-on-Sea just one road back from the sandy beach and harbour, making it a fantastic place to relax and enjoy beach walks. Free on street parking. Dogs welcome. The beautiful Snowdonia mountain range is only 30 minutes away by car and the historic town of Conwy just 10 minutes.

Gracie's lodge is our latest addition to Woody's glamping. It is in response to people wanting to come and stay all year round. Here you will find peace and tranquility, set in the Snowdonia Foothills, we are only 15 minutes from the coast & 15 minutes from Snowdonia National Park. There is lots going on in our part of North Wales & yet if you seek peace and tranquility you will find it here.

A great place to discover the delights of Wales with beaches and mountains on the doorstep. This quaint B&B is perfect for relaxing, with a sunny patio and excellent amenities. A continental breakfast is provided. This property is suitable for couples only and no pets allowed. PLEASE NOTE the annexe is B&B only. There are NO COOKING facilities other than a microwave and toaster.

The Garden House

Relax in our garden house in rural Shropshire. You'll be greeted by curious cats and chickens...and probably Allan and me. There's some fabulous walks, a lovely local and some pretty market towns all within easy reach. There's lots of interesting CDs to to play, is all we ask is that you return the CD to its case and to the appropriate place in the shelf.
