If it was a person you could describe it as very friendly with a touch of sophistication, with a welcoming soul and modern spirit. The lush interior is enveloped with a 1000 sq m garden where you can take a stroll, have a barbecue or just sit under a 100 year old yew tree and plan your trip ahead - you'll probably want to stay at Pipa's place though.

The right half of the double house near the center of Ljubljana offers a two bedroom apartment of with a living room, terrace and 2 free parking places. The house is situated in a walking distance to the center (15 - 20 min.) and close to the highway ring of Ljubljana (exit Ljubljana - Center). Up to 6 guests can sleep in the apartment, with one double and four single beds. The house stands in a peacefull street and is surrounded with green surfaces, vegetable garden and many fruit trees.

House Eden has a beautiful view of mountains from all rooms and has a nice garden where you can rest in shadow. It is ideal for two families, as it has two bathrooms, next to three bedrooms on the first floor and a toilet, on the ground floor. There is also a large bedroom for kids, with a playing area. The kitchen and a dining area are really large, with everything you need to prepare a larger feast. In the living room there is a TV and Wi-Fi. The house is close to Bled - 15 min on foot.

You can park your car for free right next to the entrance, on the private area and use two bicycles to explore Ljubljana. Our holiday cottage is in Apno approx. 6 km from ski lift to Krvavec. With Krvavec Skiing resort on the top of the mountain, this makes an excellent spot for winter, summer holidays and various outdoor sports activities. You can enjoy skiing, cycling, walking or paragliding.
