Days can be spent exploring the Tarka Trail, (great for cycling), surfing at Westward Ho!, relaxing or shopping. Westward Ho! (6 miles) or Saunton (12 miles) and Croyde (14 miles). Instow has several great restaurants/pubs, cafes, a deli and a shop - all within a mile and a half of the property. by car or foot.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

You will be staying in a beautiful green oak outbuilding with 4 dormer windows and a glass gable end offering delightful Devon countryside views. Access is via a private door into the front of the building. From the upstairs living area, a door leads to your own private garden. There is a decking area with a table and chairs for outside dining and a barbecue in season. There is a wooden gazebo at the top of the garden also with a table and seating for outside dining with more lovely views.

Joining the air bnb community since sadly losing my dad to a battle with cancer, we have tried to create some positivity by creating something that supports the family finically and mentally. Centrally-located place in the heart of Barnstaple Town. With Breath taking estuary views in both directions, then past that onto rolling hills. Perfectly located on the 'Tarka Trail', only a short walk from the town centre of Barnstaple. Great transport links when working in the area / commuting.

The apartment is a mile from the Tarka Trail (the most popular cycle route in the country). It is set in lovely grounds with a private balcony and a comfortable living area (sofa, armchairs and a large TV). The kitchen and dining area has an oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher.
