Clean, quiet, tidy house in the Earlsdon district. The house has 2 floors, and I let one of the first floor room to guests which is accessed via the stairs. Free WiFi in the room. The house has central heating and laminated floors. A small garden set with outdoor chairs and tables to use if its not raining. Guests are welcome to smoke outdoors. Shared shower room & shared kitchen. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen . There are 3 public EV Charging points directly opposite the property.

Guests are also welcome to share our kitchen and lounge. There is no TV in the room but you're welcome to stream on a laptop or use the lounge. Travel cot available.
