Perfect for two families or groups of up to 10 guests, with estate walks and frequent wildlife sightings, including red squirrels, osprey, roe deer and pine martens. After a day exploring, relax in the outdoor hot tub under the Highland sky.

Relax with the whole family at Bank Garden Cottage. A 13 mile drive from Inverness and a 200m walk to the beach and harbour. Quietly tucked away behind the old bank with its own private garden area and parking, the quiet courtyard is just a few steps away from the centre of this picturesque seaside village of Fortrose, in the Black Isle. Whether travelling as a couple, with your children or with your dog, the house is well equipped to cater for all in a comfortable, safe and relaxing setting.

Dunaincroy farmhouse enjoys a unique setting on the Caledonian Canal midway between iconic Loch Ness and the town of Inverness (6 minutes either way.) Set in an historic Highland estate this secluded location has extensive, fully fenced gardens down to the canal and spectacular views to open countryside and the hills beyond. The wilderness of the highlands and yet only minutes from the amenities of a major town and nearby transport hubs. It is also a great starting point for the North 500.

A cute and cosy modernised cottage with hot tub surrounded by fields and with a beautiful river at the bottom of the garden. The house is well situated and has a spacious patio and lawn, enclosed garden with access to walks up the river and other beautiful local areas. A good base to strike out for West Coast and Highlands. We recently added a twin room in addition to our double en-suite and king bedrooms. The downstairs twin room, has a shower room and WC next to it for easy access. The enclosed private garden has stunning views over the Moray Firth. Perfect for outdoor living. Boathouse, Rosehaugh Estate - peaceful retreat

The Boathouse stands on a hillside just above a small lake. It is a cantilevered, two storey oak framed building with a half-timber gable and pink Rosemary roof tiles. It has been beautifully renovated and sympathetically extended. Furnished to an exceedingly high standard and fully equipped to provide a truly exceptional and charming self-catering holiday retreat. This incredibly special cottage offers two king en-suite bedrooms, sleeping four guests.

Close to the golf course, Chanonry Point, beach, harbour and other tourist attractions.
