Strout Farm Cottage still belongs to the Strouts who have lived here for more than 180yrs. Starting with Richard Strout, there have been 7 generations of Strouts live in this cottage. Most of the furniture, photos and ornaments come with a story of where they fit in the Strout timeline. Additionally, there are more than 20 cellar doors within a 1.5km, including Leconfield, Wirra Wirra and Down The Rabbit Hole, this is the perfect location to explore the McLaren Vale wine region..

Pelican Place is a beachfront property in Port Victoria. Ideally located within a short walk to the jetty with stunning views of the ocean.  A short walk to the shop and Port Victoria Hotel and kiosk. The perfect getaway for two families, Pelican Place comfortably sleeps nine. There is plenty of room to entertain in the open plan living area which opens out onto the outdoors and coastal views. We recognize the Kaurna people whose land holds our little cottage. Situated in Aldinga Township Maunder Cottage is a beautiful stone cottage that is self contained. It has one bedroom with Queen size bed. It has a fully renovated bathroom with a deep bath suitable for two people. The walls in the lounge room are made from limestone dug from the property. The building itself used to be the vets. We live in the house adjacent to the cottage. Our home was built in 1842.

There is also a great Tavern with sea views and a General Store with bakery, take away foods, general grocery items, ice, bait and fuel.

The single unit has a small kitchenette, lounge area, queen bed and combustion heater. Out on the deck you can relax on the day bed. The shower is outside behind a rustic privacy screen.
