Outdoor adventure awaits minutes away at City Creek and Edson Fichter Nature Area, with easy access to Pebble Creek Ski Area and relaxing soaks in Lava Hot Springs. Welcome to The Idaho Falls Tiny House! At only 400 square feet, the inside is small but the outside is huge. This house sits on its own lot for your privacy. Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a small family. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio. There are plenty of places to hike, bike, ATV/UTV and more. Deer and moose often pass by the cabin to say hello and see who's visiting.

The Luxe Loft

The Luxe Loft is a private, newly built, 750 square foot loft space at the top floor of a spacious shop with an open floor plan. It is located in an upscale area with incredible, sweeping views of the area and surrounding mountains. You can often glimpse deer and other wildlife from the windows and off the deck. During the summer months, the landscaping is spectacular. There is a balcony area with a bistro set to enjoy a meal or beverage while enjoying the scenic views.

This gorgeous, owner-made, hand crafted, fully furnished YURT with mountain views, spectacular sunsets, and star gazing by the fire, you will be ready for great nights sleep snuggled under the puffy down comforter on the comfy queen bed. You'll be well rested for sure! There is a small fridge and a variety of coffee/tea/cocoa & treats, along with some paper products, also provided. Awesome get away or stop along your way, or just come & play!

Westside guest house. Light-bright- not a basement

Enjoy this newly built & fully equipped 1 bedroom guesthouse. The bedroom has a King size that guest say is "very comfortable" & the living room has a couch that we don’t mind a person sleeping on. This is a well lit & sunny ground floor unit (not a basement) with driveway parking just steps away. The side entrance is private with its own small patio & fenced sideyard. The entire place is handicap accessible. We allow 1 dog but … see below.
