The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Ruby Retreat is a unique Shepherd's Hut hand built in larch, cedar and ash by local carpenter, Peter Milner. His skilled design and craftsmanship gives Ruby a very special feeling. GARDEN RETREAT The Garden Retreat has an open-plan lounge and diner kitchen opening out onto the garden. A separate bedroom also has access to the garden. The bedroom benefits from an en-suite and the third bed is a fold down in the lounge. Built on steps that take you into the harbor.
