Our house was a historic cottage, built in the 1880s. We built a new house around the cottage. We are Artists and our guest bedrooms are in a sense galleries. Guests have the entire second floor, 2 bedrooms, perfect for couples who are traveling together & families with teenagers. The back is the private entrance to the stairs. This is a nice traditionally furnished one bedroom apartment. The kitchen is small but functional. The neighborhood is mixed but changing rapidly. Lots of new housing . .Most people who stay here for more than a few days get over it and I've had a number of people stay longer term .It does have a great bathroom and very comfortable bedroom plus the fireplace in the living room.please this is a complete apartment. No shared kitchen or bath.please the heat stays at 70 degrees not above.
