Treehouse close to the Anglesey Coast

In the depths of North-west Anglesey and close to the and coastal paths sits a quirky Treehouse. Tucked away a mile off the main road the little nest sits around a tree which grows inside the space. It shares its home with the owners as it sits in a corner of their garden. With peacocks (very early hooting during Spring), owls, a woodpecker, cats and dogs, there is plenty of amusement. The stars shine brightly, the surroundings are wild and not manicured but it is a haven for wildlife and birds

Beudy’r Esgob

‘Beudy’r Esgob’ translates as ‘Bishop’s Barn’ and it used to be a hay barn and cow shed. It adjoins our 14th century farmhouse and lies in the village of Gwalchmai, Anglesey. We are within walking distance to Anglesey Show ground & air strip and 10 minutes drive from Rhosneigr and its beaches. We would be a super base for those visiting Anglesey Circuit at Tŷ Croes as we have plenty of parking space for car trailers. Off road parking and ample secure dry storage for bikes, surfboards, motorcycles etc. Only a 5 min walk from the local grocery shop, and 20 min walk from the buzzing village of Rhosneigr (5 mins drive). A mile from the beach and ideally located for visiting Anglesey circuit or exploring the Island and Eryri. Comfortably catered for 2 people, but possible to accomodate a 3rd person using the sofa bed.

Unique 1 bedroom guesthouse, with mezzanine bedroom. Mezzanine bedroom with a very low ceiling height, you are not able to stand in the mezzanine, but it is accessed by stairs and it is recommended if you may have access issues, then there is a pull out double sofa-bed that can be used as an alternative. Fabulous views of Snowdonia. Internet access and Smart TV with Netflix, iPlayer and more. 20m from the Anglesey costal path, where fabulous walks and a deserted beach are seconds away.

It is a truly tranquil retreat but is also perfectly located for those wishing to explore the island of Anglesey & the Snowdonia National Park is just 25 minutes away by car.
