Holiday home w private entrance 5min walk to beach

Fully furnished garden level floor holiday resident within a 3 floor family home. Guests will have private entrance to their floor, separated from us who live in floors above (65+ year old couple). 5 minute walk (1 minute drive) to the beach that is only accessible by the families within that community. Free parking available both by the house and the beach. Closed community also offers swimming pool, sports areas (basketball, tennis, fitness).

The house is located half an hour drive from the sea coast and Bodrum airport. It's perfect for groups of 5 people, bigger groups are possible, but please ask for possibilities.
