The house sleeps 8 people with 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Direct access off the rear terrace to the beach Every convenience available to you with an extremely well equipped kitchen. The property is equipped with televisions in the sitting room & master bedroom. Netflix/Prime available-you’ll need your login details to your accounts. Wake up in the beautiful South Downs National Park, with a perfect view from every window. Our self-contained, recently refurbished, and well equipped apartment overlooks the fields and wildlife that surround us. Walk one way and you are in historic Arundel with its castle and cathedral (takes about 40 minutes). Walk the other way and you have immediate access to the many South Downs footpaths. Jump in the car and you're 15 minutes from the seaside, and 20 minutes from Goodwood or Chichester.

TV with Netflix Watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

"Snuggledown" in this cosy self catering suite, situated at the end of a small, quiet, private cul-de-sac, yet in the heart of Felpham village with its varied shops, take aways and pubs etc. The beach and Butlins are approximately 10 minutes walk away. The room consists of a king-size bed, seating area with smart TV, wardrobe and kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, and mini fridge. The room has an ensuite with shower, WC, shaving point & wash basin. Private patio and seating. Parking.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Elmer is a secret gem of the South Coast, boasting a sandy beach, crystal clear water and 8 sea pools perfect for swimming and paddle boarding. The flat is a 30 second walk to the beach! There are also many wonderful country walks. Elmer is also incredibly quiet, I fell in love with the village on my first visit. The flat has been recently refurbished. Supermarkets are 10 min drive away for all amenities. Come experience the magic of Elmer!

Flint Cottage – 3 mins to beach

🌊 Flint Cottage is just 3 minutes from the award-winning beach. 🛏 Two bedrooms: the master has a double bed, ensuite shower and desk; the second has a bunk bed with double below, single above, plus a desk. 🌙 Both bedrooms and the lounge have blackout curtains, helping everyone get a restful night’s sleep. 🛋️ The lounge has two sofas (one a sofa bed), a 48″ OLED TV with Google TV, PlayStation and games. 🌸 A private courtyard is filled with plants and features a handmade mosaic table.

World-class vineyards are close by, or if you fancy the buzz of a city, Brighton is a 30-minute drive.

Converted loft with kingsized mattress accessed by electric staircase, fully sprung kingsized sofa bed in lounge area. The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. It's a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property. The creek is tidal.
