You’ll love the comfortable space, the peaceful yet convenient location, the lush yard, even access to swimming & waterfalls in the gorge behind the house. The studio is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. NOTE: Hawaii GE-067-950-7968-02 & TA-067-950-7968-01 The rental is hosted & per Hawaii County Planning Dept exempt from Hawaii Cty Bill 108 so we may consider <30 day rentals as well as longer periods.

Hilo Downtown Retreat

The apartment is a self contained living space that is very well appointed with bespoke furniture, fittings and original art. It has all of its own amenities so you should want for nothing. It is located two minutes from downtown Hilo. If you want you can walk to everything, including; shops, restaurants, beaches, bars, yoga studios, gyms and so on. If you are over 5' 10" you will need to mind your head in a couple of places so please be aware of this. We are always looking to improve.

This great new solar home is located just 2 miles north of downtown Hilo while sitting on quiet acreage in a gated community overlooking the Hilo Bay and Coconut Island, 5 miles to the airport. The perfect balance of being in the country and close to everything! Very close to black sand beaches, surf, botanical gardens and waterfalls! Hilo Farmer’s Market, and Volcano National Park. Relax in the hammock on the lanai with tropical breezes! Please note there are entry stairs.

Cheerful and bright, this studio is located on first floor of 2 story home. Studio guests will have the downstairs to themselves. Your Host lives upstairs. The studio has a private entrance and on site parking for 1 car. A full private bathroom is connected to the studio. Wifi and workspace suitable for remote working.Guests can access a large downstair's lanai with tropical gardens and an ocean view. A perfect place to relax Hawaiian style! Welcome to the Wailuku House! You'll enjoy your stay at this wonderful home with Zen style interior, 3BR, 2BA, spacious kitchen and living area in a very nice neighborhood where you'll feel safe and happy. The spacious home sleeps 6 comfortably in the 3 bedrooms with room for 2 more if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you'll need if you're planning to cook, all linens and toiletries also provided.

Country Guest Home

(REF TAX ID TA005-218-0480-01) Enjoy time in a small (384 sq ft) self-contained guest shack with full kitchen in a rural setting. If you don't find the sound of coqui frogs at night obtrusive to your sleep, then this space would be suitable. While you will have privacy, my dad stays in the main house in case you need assistance in person. We are located at about 100 foot of elevation which provides for relatively cooler nights.
