If you like open spaces and beautiful rim property views of the mountains and gorgeous morning sunrises and evening sunsets, walks around a ten acre walking path, access to a relaxing private lake, views of pastures where sheep (and lambs in the spring) graze and the view of pretty hens pecking around for bugs and worms providing you with farm fresh eggs for breakfast...then this is the place for you. We are pet friendly but have a two dog limit!

Cottage on the Snake River

We are at the end of a 1/2 mile driveway. It is very quiet and relaxing. The house is comfortable and homey. Lots of space to walk around. We have a pond near by that is full of wildlife. The house has a water softener/filter so the water feels slick on your skin. Also, the water has a sulfur smell to it so we provide bottled water for drinking and cooking. We have the water tested and it is safe. it just has a slight smell.

This new, totally private, beautifully decorated studio apartment has the Greenbelt, Boise River and downtown Boise right out your door. Everything is new and features all the amenities, including complimentary wine and coffee. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.
