Rooftop is small restaurant & bar, private for your group. 3rd Floor - rooftop restaurant & bar 2nd Floor - 3 rooms 1st Floor - 2 rooms & lobby 1 min walk to Station 1 front beach/Starbucks, 5 min walk to Station 2 D'mall, Many restaurants/ bars/stores are nearby, very convenient location but super quiet.

Ball ni Inday is within a 1,000 sq meter gated property. We are located in Diniwid Road, which is a residential and quiet area of the Island. From the center of the island (D Mall), we are 10 min away by e-trike. From Diniwid Road, you will walk up stairs (about 25-30 steps) then 10 meters flat walk to the property entrance. Diniwid beach is 5 min walk down the street from our entrance, it is a small cove with white sand also, north of the main long/white beach facing west/sunset.

The house has 8BR , 9 bathrooms and a 20 metre infinity saltwater swimming pool. It comes with staff and includes a driver and helpers. Perfect for reunions and celebrations! We are nearby wedding venues so you can book your guests with us.
