Rural location with double room & private bathroom

Our room is ideal for couples or for single occupancy. We are 3 miles from Southport with its many restaurants and unique shopping boulevard (Lord Street) also 6 miles from Ormskirk and Edge Hill University. The golf courses of Royal Birkdale, Hillside and Formby are within easy reach. WWT Martin Mere is 3 miles away and there are numerous walks through the coastal dunes and pinewoods. Tea/coffee-making facilities are provided. If required, continental breakfast is available by arrangement.

Lynn's Place

Lynn's place is close to public transport and amenities. You will have a double room with double bed and a single bed so ideal for solo travellers, couples or friends sharing a space. This is quiet house to stay in with sitting area, tea and coffee provided, guests only Shower room and choice for breakfast of self service cereals or toast etc. I am a Medical Herbalist I live with my partner Mark and Dog Honey we leave guests to own devices unless need help then we can be messaged.

A well established family run Blackpool B & B located in the south of the town close to many popular attractions. Rooms can have up to 5 persons in a variety of different decors. The white Lodge offer Single, Double, Twin & Family rooms all with their own private facilities. Transport links to all aspects of the town are available close by. Victorian house built in 1892 with some original features and high ceilings. Your bedroom is large with a private bathroom just outside your door (not en-suite). The area is quiet and parking is guaranteed. The small garden is a pleasant space with a running water pond, on sunny mornings our guests really appreciate having breakfast there.
