Cabin is a nice retreat for a couple as well as a family. Kids can play or read in the UPSTAIRS loft, play in the yard or explore the fenced in, on site trails with mom & dad. May see frogs, rabbits, deer, roadrunners, lizards, insects, nature etc. We do have a dog, ‘ROSA’ who stays in her fenced in area but loves to play fetch & run the trails with guests when parents allow, just ask!! Deck, charcoal grill, picnic table, fire pit for s’mores, or enjoy while star watching in the dark night sky.

This tiny cabin on the banks of the Brazos River is a perfect getaway and is located 20 miles from Waco and Baylor University. Enjoy views of the peaceful river and abundant wildlife while relaxing on the deck and sipping your favorite beverage. The deck has outdoor seating, a grill, fire pit and an ice cooler. The cabin is comfortably equipped with a queen bed and queen sofa for a restful sleep. Other items include a television, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and electric griddle.

Fully equipped kitchen, full size washer & dryer. located at the end of a no outlet street surrounded by trees, backing up to a ravine. If you like to hike or just explore, there are trails behind the cabin. There is a neighborhood cove located just a short drive from the cabin, it is great for swimming, fishing or kayaking.
