A homely and quite stylish bungalow with large, light soaked conservatory, and garden (part wild, part gardened). Botany Bay with it's expansive beach and chalk cliffs is at the end of the road. The amenities are pretty good - but there's no hot tub or pool, sorry. Good wi-fi, terrestial TV, sound system, games, jig saws, wierd art and recently re-fitted kitchen. Nearby is the Margate scene - with everything from classic fish and chips to the Turner gallery, Broadstairs and Canterbury's not far.

20ft up nesting between three sturdy oak trees this treehouse made of recycled timbers and is surrounded by trees and has glimpses of the northdowns AONB Cosy and private set on the edge of a barley field the only sound is wind through the trees and birdsong. Heater and double glazing makes this ideal in winter or summer, and a chemical loo in the cabin at ground level adds a creature comfort. Beautiful flat with six sea facing floor to ceiling windows. This is a Grade II-listed building with a rare outlook over gardens and out to sea. However, the facade and railing are in need of TLC. Don't be put off by the shabby exterior. Works are being slowly undertaken to renew the outside but this all takes time. The flat may not be suitable for toddlers and young children as the windows open to the floor. No TV, but a projector is supplied. New! Insanely comfy dog bed.
