Steph's Cozy Apartment -newly renovated

Our newly renovated apartment has all you need to enjoy a nice trip to south Louisiana. Kitchen and bath is equipped with pots, pans, spices, cutlery, utensils, dishes, and even light breakfast items. Bath has all towels and toiletries available for use. Our apartment is located upstairs above our carport but has its own private entrance along with own air conditioner/heating system. Our place will sleep 5 comfortably. We offer an Ice Machine to help with those fishing trips and local travels.

Sanssouci Fishing Camp and Rural Retreat

Two bedroom fishing camp in lower Montegut, located near some of the best fishing in the area. We have a private launch on Bayou Terrebonne for your free use, or if you prefer the Pointe aux Chenes or Cocodrie marinas are just 20 minutes away. Sleeps 6 with fully furnished kitchen, and ample parking space for boats and cars. Fish cleaning station and crab boiling and fish frying equipment provided. Pets allowed for $40 fee. Free wifi. Our retreat is an hour and 30 minutes from New Orleans.

Welcome to Our Little Cottage. Stepping into a newly renovated house that feels like a little cabin on the water. We have burnt wood flooring, bead board walls and ceilings. This little house is relaxing and cozy. As you sit on the deck over looking the water you can watch the many different boat’s pass, while enjoying peaceful and quiet time with your family. 5th generation Family home. Shotgun style Living. The home had plumbing, electrical, mass amount of carpentry, painting, new windows (south side), floors, walls, and ceiling before Hurricane Ida. The front porch and back porch are new. Total paint exterior in 2021, partial in 2023. We have plans for upgrades. Soon to have a screened in porch, next to the highway, with bayou views. This home survived all the hurricanes, and we are committed to improving this home for our guests. 1/13/2025
