Down the winding road, at the bottom of the wooded hill, “Serenity” awaits. This single-room guesthouse sits on the banks of Sibley Lake. Relax and take in the sunsets from the screened porch. Appx 1700 sf, Side B is ideal for families or shared by friends/guests who work together. Two stories with LR, Study, DR, Kitchen, Laundry, full bath - downstairs. Upstairs is a large space with two queen beds, bath with shower; a sunroom with a stationary bike, yoga mats, and loungers, coffee bar, and crib. Two entrances plus the layout of the rooms allows for two totally private rentals in the home. The two sides share a main wall with doors that lock from both sides for your security.
