This cozy Cookie House is centrally located in downtown Breckenridge, only one mile away from Main Street- far enough from town for peace and quiet, but only a short walk to Main Street and the gondola. Additionally, the free local bus stop is just up the street. Welcome to your cozy 400 sq. ft. mountain escape—small but mighty, like a pocket-sized lodge! It's all about location, and you are smack dab in town, a snowball’s toss from the slopes and Breck’s buzzing downtown. Essentials? Check: hot shower, clean space, full kitchen, and a comfy bed. The heat? Legend says this place sits atop ancient lava tubes. Translation: toasty. Shorts optional. Just kidding (mostly). Don’t worry, there’s A/C—unless the volcano gods say otherwise.
