Downstairs there 'a nice kitchen and a relaxing dining-room . You can rent 2 e-Bike for a small amount and forget car! Outside you have a heated jacuzzi you can use at any time.

Al primo piano due ampie e luminose camere doppie, travi a vista e affaccio sulla vallata e sul Lago di Santa Croce. Due posti auto pertinenziali, ampio giardino non recintato.

Ristrutturata di recente, è dotata di uno spesso cappotto termico che la rende ideale in ogni periodo dell'anno: fresca d'estate e calda e accogliente in inverno.
