The cottage enjoys excellent transport links to Manchester and Stoke while remaining wonderfully secluded. Trains can be heard passing from time to time - a nostalgic reminder of the cottage’s heritage .

Guests have exclusive use of a private wing of the property, featuring a cosy lounge with a log burner, a study/breakfast room, a spacious double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. Although I live in a separate area at the rear of the property, your accommodation is entirely private . I am close by if needed

Looking for a relaxing break, or need a place to stay for a wedding, this is the perfect getaway set in the stunning Cheshire countryside. Set within 16acres of grassland, with a great view out over the pond, Waters Edge has plenty of wildlife to spot. The sleeping arrangement is one very large bedroom with a double bed, then a triple bunk (double on the bottom and single on top) Plenty of off-road parking including horse boxes.
