Das Ferienhaus liegt im kleinen Dorf Joao Bom. Der Ort liegt in einer der abwechslungsreichsten Gegenden der Insel, ca. 5 km vom Badeort Mosteiros und in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Caldeira Sete Cidades.
