This wonderful bohemian apartment is nestled in the beautiful countryside of northern Italy. 10 min car ride to Pavia and a 15 min walk through the rice fields, takes you to one of the most beautiful Monasteries in Italy. La villa è immersa nella campagna lombarda ed è completamente rifinita in legno. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, a chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini), grandi gruppi ed amanti della natura e dei cavalli. Possibilità di campi da tennis, voli in mongolfiera e scuola di pilotaggio droni nelle vicinanze.

Sulla cima di una collina, circondata da vigneti e coltivazioni , si erge il fienile di "Torre Scilano", luogo incantevole, situato lungo la via "Bregaglia" , il cui sfondo sono le cascate dell'Acquafraggia. Sito non solo naturale, ma anche storico-archeologico , in quanto il fienile sorge sui resti dell'antica Piuro, fiorente città sepolta da una frana nel settembre 1618. Questa particolare costruzione storica è legata strettamente al territorio agricolo-colturale.

Kavo Maison is immersed in the greenery of Sessa, a small village in Malcantone, only 15KM from Lugano and 10 minutes from Lake Maggiore and Lake Lugano. The accommodation offers a double room, a breakfast corner (with microwave, coffee machine, kettle and fridge) and a private bathroom.
