Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. U 150m2 smjestene su 3 klimatizirane sobe, 2 kupaone, moderno opremljena kuhinja i dnevni boravak. Na raspolaganju je u sklopu kupaone infracrvena sauna za potpuni relax. Zatvoreni tip dvorišta osigurava potpuni osjećaj slobode i privatnosti. Osim velikog bazena i roštilja, posebno smo mislili na naše najmlađe pa se u dvorištu nalazi i sadržaj za djecu.
