Zwei 300-jährige Steinhäuser mit originalen Granitdächern — euer eigener kleiner Weiler, ein Steinwurf von Lavertezzo und der smaragdgrünen Verzasca entfernt. Hier ist sonst niemand. Direkt hinter den Häusern der Kastanienwald, gegenüber ein Wasserfall. Nachts hört man ausser Fluss und Grillen nichts. "Casa del campo" a Semione - 250 mq con sauna

Casa storica del 1669, ristrutturata nel 1977 e rinnovata nel 2017. È ubicata nella parte bassa di Semione, a diretto contatto con la campagna. Fa parte di un piccolo nucleo rurale circondato da campi, frutteti e vigne distante 300 metri dal fiume. È divisa in due appartamenti dotati di ingresso indipendente: uno di ca. 200 metri quadri e un altro di ca. 40 metri quadri con sauna. Casa Müsu è un grazioso piccolo rustico completamente rinnovato. Si trova ai piedi del pizzo Vogorno, a metà strada tra Locarno e le pozze della Verzasca a Lavertezzo e Brione. La prima camera è al secondo piano del corpo principale: ha un letto matrimoniale. La seconda è a dieci metri da Casa Müsu: vi si accede con una scala esterna coperta e ha un letto matrimoniale (come in foto) o due letti singoli. Si può aggiungere un terzo lettino. Casa Müsu ha un posto auto privato.
